Anandam Row Houses

Six three-bedroom row houses on a shared access drive. Building them as one continuous structure rather than six separate contracts kept the roofline and floor levels genuinely aligned, which is usually where phased row-house developments go wrong. Each house has its own private rear garden and covered parking. Four of the six are already sold.
