Eight units stepped back on the upper floors to give every home a usable terrace.
The site overlooks the Pallikaranai marsh, so the massing steps back progressively on the upper two floors. Every unit gets a genuinely usable private terrace rather than a token balcony, and the stepped profile keeps the building from presenting a flat wall to the wetland. Approvals are filed and we expect to start on site once the monsoon clears.
