DP Constructions has been building single-family homes, row houses and small residential blocks across South Chennai since 2008. We started as a two-person site supervision outfit and grew by doing the unglamorous things properly: honest measurement, certified material, and a schedule that survives contact with reality.
Everything is handled in-house. Our architects, structural engineers and site supervisors are on our payroll, not subcontracted per project. That is the single biggest reason our projects finish close to the date we promised, because nobody is waiting on a vendor who has three other sites to worry about.
We publish a full bill of quantities before work begins and issue a GST tax invoice for every payment. If a material rate moves, you see it. There are no allowances that quietly expand once the slab is poured.
A house is the largest cheque most families will ever write. The least we can do is show them exactly where every rupee went.
