Six services that cover the whole life of a residential project. Most clients take the turnkey route, but every one of these can be engaged on its own.
Service 01
Turnkey Home Construction
One contract from empty plot to handed-over keys, with a fixed bill of quantities agreed before we break ground.
We take responsibility for the whole build: excavation, foundation, structure, blockwork, plastering, electrical and plumbing, finishes and final snagging. You get a named site engineer, weekly photo updates, and a schedule with real dates on it. Material brands are locked in the contract, so nothing gets quietly substituted once work is under way.

Service 02
Architectural Design and 3D Visualisation
Drawings and photoreal 3D views so you can settle the important decisions before they cost money to change.
Our in-house studio produces the full drawing set: floor plans, elevations, sections, structural and services drawings. We model the house in 3D and walk you through it, which is far cheaper than discovering on site that the staircase eats the living room. Designs are worked around Chennai's sun path and prevailing sea breeze to keep interiors cool without leaning on air conditioning.

Service 03
Renovation and Remodelling
Structural repair, extensions and full interior rework for houses that are worth keeping.
Older Chennai houses are often structurally sound but badly planned for how families live now. We handle additional floors, room reconfiguration, roof and terrace waterproofing, and corrosion repair to reinforcement exposed by decades of coastal humidity. Every renovation starts with a structural condition survey so you know what is safe to build on.

Service 04
Interior Design and Execution
Joinery, false ceilings, lighting and finishes delivered by the same team that built the shell.
Because interiors are handled by the people who poured the slab, conduits and blockouts are in the right place from day one. We design and execute modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, false ceilings and lighting schemes, and manage the flooring and painting packages. You get one contract and one accountable team rather than a handover fight between builder and interior contractor.

Service 05
Planning, Approvals and Legal Support
CMDA and DTCP approvals, patta verification and service connections, handled without you queueing at an office.
Approvals are where private builds quietly lose three months. We prepare and file the drawing set, follow up with the authority, and manage EB service connections, water and sewerage applications and completion certificates. We also carry out title and patta verification before you buy, which has saved more than one client from a plot they could never have built on.

Service 06
Project Management and Site Supervision
For owners running their own build who want professional oversight of contractors and spend.
If you have your own contractors but no time to supervise them, we act as your representative on site. That covers quality inspection at each stage, verifying measurements against contractor bills, material testing, and keeping the programme honest. Most clients recover the fee in avoided overbilling alone.
