Six independent floors over stilt parking, now at finishing stage on the lower three levels.
A G+2 block of six independent floors, each sold to a separate family, which meant six sets of finishing preferences running in parallel. We phased the finishing trades floor by floor so families could take possession as their level completed rather than waiting for the whole building. Common areas, lift and generator backup are shared.
