Completed
Aravind Residence
A compact three-bedroom family home on a tight corner plot, finished two weeks ahead of schedule.
A corner plot with setback rules on two sides left very little footprint to work with. We pushed the stair and services to the blind north wall and gave the entire east frontage to living space. A deep reveal over the first-floor windows keeps the morning sun off the glass without needing external blinds. The family moved in two weeks before the contracted handover date.
